Immerse yourself in worlds of enchantment and adventure at the 10 Renaissance Faires happening in Texas this year!

1. Faire of Champions
Weekends: January 3rd - Feb 2
Saturdays 10am – 6pm, Sundays 10am – 5pm
The Faire of Champions is hosting 6 themed weekends this year. Visit a realm where all are welcome to pursue their dreams! Campground accommodations are available. For more information, click the link below!

2. Kerrville Renaissance Festival
Jan 18th - 19th, 25th - 26th & Feb 1st- 2nd
10am -5pm
The Kerrville Renaissance Festival will be hosting 3 weekends of enchanting entertainment, food, crafts, and games. Journey back in time with performances by the Vinland Texas Vikings, jugglers, artisans, and musicians. A Renaissance costume contest will be held each weekend. Time Travelers Costume Contest: Jan 25th - 26th. Steampunk Costume Contest: Feb 1st & 2nd. Costume contests are free to enter.

3. Heartlands Renaissance Festival
February 15 - 16, February 22-23
Experience an unforgettable display of chivalry and skill as combatants wield swords, axes, polearms, and shields in fierce competition at our Grand Tourney. And don't miss the Heartlands Imperial Cavalry showcase their skill and tradition in the Ottoman Empire game of Jereed, a thrilling javelinist sport filled with impressive horsemanship and strategy.

4. Sherwood Forest Faire

10 am to Dusk — Rain or Shine
Step into the world of Robin Hood at the 15th annual Sherwood Forest Faire. This medieval-style village spans 25 acres and hosts more than 100 permanent buildings. From a genuine castle to cozy pubs and artisan merchant shops, there's no shortage of wonders to explore. Immerse yourself in the magic of the realm with non-stop thrilling medieval entertainment and enchanting musical performances. Stay at the campground or book rooms in the castle! 5. Scarborough Renaissance Festival
Weekends: April 5 – May 26
The Scarborough Renaissance Festival is a permanent recreation of a 16th-century English village. Witness armored jousts, Birds of Prey, and the Mermaid Lagoon. Enjoy interactive performances across 20 stages, visit 200 artisan shops, savor diverse cuisine, and enjoy wine and beer at 12 taverns.

6. Avalon Faire
Weekends April 12-27 & April 25
Step into the enchanted realm of Avalon and journey back to the era of King Arthur, Lady Guinevere, wizards, and the noble Knights of the Round Table. Enjoy jousting competitions, musical performances, mead tasting, and more. Stroll through the artisan shops and taverns, immersing yourself in a magical world. 7. Cottonwood Faire

Eat, drink, and be merry at this year's Cottonwood Faire! Enjoy medieval combat, dancing, entertainment, court feasts, games, historical demonstrations, strong man competition,s and L.A.R.P quests!

8. Texas Renaissance Festival
Weekends, October 11th through November 30th, and Thanksgiving Friday
Permanently located on 70 acres, the Texas Renaissance Festival is the largest Renaissance-themed attraction in the United States. The village has 21 stages and over 400 artisan shops and taverns. Experience the thrill of knights jousting on their majestic steeds. Surrender to the enchantment of the faery court. Revel in laughter and astonishment as jesters, jugglers, acrobats, and magicians perform on stages scattered throughout the village. Campground accommodations are available.

9. Yule Viking Festival
Feast Dinner on December 5th

Celebrate the yuletide season by venturing into the world of the Vikings, complete with artisan crafts, period weaponry, music, mead, fire spinning, strong man competitions, Viking Sagas, and more! Hosted by the Avalon Fair.

10. New Braunfels Christmas Renaissance Faire
